Records examined by What Now Austin indicate construction will consist of an “Interior finish-out of a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant with kitchen and restrooms.” The job will cost around $500,000 and span 3,124 square feet, with projections pointing to a December finish.
On the menu — in addition to more than ten chicken salad options, categorized as traditional, spicy, savory, and fruity & nutty — are variations of pimento cheese, fruit and vegetable salads, soups, and sandwiches.
