According to recent public records, a new independent restaurant is coming to Austin.
Located at 5145 RR-620, Farmand’s Family Kitchen will soon bring local cooking to the area, spearheaded by Tony Farmand of The Kebab Shop.
“Hey y’all, the news is out! We’re coming to Steiner Ranch (next to Summer Moon) in Spring 2025,” states a recent post on the brand’s official Facebook. “We are in construction now and will send updates as we go. Thanks for the love.”
Construction notes states that the build out will consist of “Interior Finish-out of new restaurant in existing building. No Change of Use” spanning over 3500 SF and costing $286,000. If estimates hold true, construction will be finished by February 2025.
