According to Community Impact, Tiger Lilly, a new event venue, will open downtown this fall in the former home of Estelle’s lounge.
“The three-story private event space will launch with some renovations following Estelle’s recent closure. Tiger Lilly is set to feature locally-sourced furniture, artwork and other curated decor across its bar, lounge and basement speakeasy spaces,” CI reports.
This new concept is the brainchild of Austin real estate firm LV Collective, the building’s owner, and Matt Wolski, the local restaurateur known for Other Racquet Social Club and Parlor & Yard; Mr. Wolski is now LV’s vice president of hospitality operations.
No opening date has been announced.
