The growing Indian-inspired pizza brand Pizza Twist is in the works for a Round Rock location, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be located at 3107 S. IH 35, within suite 757, within the Round Rock Crossing shopping center.
“My husband tried these pizzas when he was in California and found them really, really good,” franchisee Kavisha Patel tells What Now Austin. “We both were fans of the product and we both thought ‘why not?’”
Mrs. Patel is proud to note that this location, her first franchise, is also the very first Pizza Twist in the area.
“I found this a very convenient shopping location with not a lot of pizza options around.”
When asked what first-time customers unfamiliar with Pizza Twist could order to get a good idea of what the brand has to offer, Mrs. Patel confidently gives her picks.
“Curry Masala bread twists and Bombay Garlic pizza.” (Mrs. Patel also is excited to highlight that they will serve plant-based pizzas for vegan and vegetarian diners).
As to when the location will finally open, Mrs. Patel points to the fall.
“We are looking at September or October.”
