The restaurant will occupy around 1680 square feet of space within a suite in the commercial building, cost around $175,000 to build out, and estimated to be complete by August 2023.

What Now Austin reached out to franchisee Charles Loflin, the largest single Wing Stop franchisee and CEO of Pizza Patron, to inquire about his newest development, but he was not immediately available for comment.

In any case, readers should note Loflin’s commitment and confidence, which he has injected into his stores across the country.

“As a franchisee, I think I’m the greatest franchisee Wingstop has ever had,” Loflin said to Franchise Times in 2018. I don’t mean to say that cocky. I built a team around me. I’ll put my guys, men and women, up against anybody. And they help me do this.”

In another interview with Franchising in 2014, Loflin provided a similarly driven statement:

“I’m a very driven person. I want to be the best franchisee, I want to be the most successful at what I do, I want the highest scores in the system.”
