Until the Manor Waffle House opens its doors, readers can visit one of Waffle House’s three locations in Austin.
The renovations will cover 4700 square feet and cost around $400,000.
The restaurant will be like “Waffle House run through the Larry filter,” with some “cheffy touches.” 
The nearly 5000 square foot space is estimated to cost $400,000 to build up.
