El Pollo Rico is also planning locations in Hutto, Kyle, and on Airport Blvd. in Austin, according to the brand’s website. All locations are listed as “coming soon.”

El Pollo Rico’s menu includes charcoal-grilled chicken meals with your choice of sides—rice, refried beans, and sweet plantains, to name a few. A few starters include chips and queso, guacamole, or chips and salsa. Diners can also enjoy flautas, quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and burgers. Flan, churros, and tres leches are dessert options.

While diners wait for the upcoming openings, they can sample the menu at more than a dozen other El Pollo Rico currently in operation across the Austin area.
