The concept will “deliver a unique new BBQ concept that honors classic Texas BBQ through a fresh lens, adopting distinct Asian flavor profiles,” the official website states.

“Guests can enjoy decadent meats brought to life in their robust onsite smoker and embellished with an array of Asian spices and ingredients. The colorful truck is stationed in the sprawling, breezy 125 seat patio that sits adjacent to Zoé Tong. BBQ trays are passed out in quick succession from the truck, alongside refreshing cocktails, beer and wine.”
