According to recent public records, Cottonwood Creek Brewery & Smokehouse will soon roll into Hutto.

Construction notes describe an upcoming “Interior Finish-out in new Shell Building to include new walls, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and finishes for brewery and restaurant use,” costing $650,000 and covering around 6,500 square feet.
