What Now Austin briefly contacted Amanda Hill-Bustillos, Director of New Store Openings, who confirmed the upcoming location but was not immediately available for further comment.

Branding itself as a type of curatorial market, choosing the best of each product category in order to provide customers with a streamlined selection of high-quality products, Foxtrot finds itself in a unique and thriving position among brick & mortar food stores. Much like the gas-station-style model the chain seems to emulate, the chain serves simple food and beverage in-house such as breakfast tacos, bagels, smoothies, fresh fruit and coffee. Pre-made options such as wraps, salads, and sandwiches are also available for customers.

Listing its only locations as D.C., Virginia, Dallas, and Chicago, it is significant to note that the Austin store will be Foxtrot’s fifth market.
