Canadian fast casual chain Tim Hortons will soon begin building up a Georgetown location at 3900 Williams Drive, according to recent public records.
The records in question state that development will consist of “Construction of a new 1,600 sf Tim Hortons Coffee Shop & Bakery, including parking, sidewalk, and utilities.” The project will cost an estimated $1,300,000 and is expected to reach completion in December. The project will be spearheaded by Jim Kolkhorst of Brenham, TX.
“At Tim Hortons we have been celebrating our passion and expertise for coffee for over 50 years. We are relentless in our pursuit of the perfect cup. There is an incredible attention to detail through the different steps along the way in the journey from the tree to a cup of Tim Hortons coffee,” the official website states.
Founded in 1964, Tim Horton’s menu offers coffee drinks, baked goods and breakfast sandwiches.
No opening date has been announced.
