The newest addition to the brand would be located in a 2,000-square-foot space at 1013 W University Ave., Ste. 103 in Georgetown. Construction could wrap up sometime this fall, according to a recent project filing.

The Kebab Shop menu includes customizable selections: The Wrap, The Box, and The Plate. The Wrap features a charred flatbread with your choice of Kebab, O.G. Yogurt Sauce, greens, Tomato-Cucumber, and Pickled Onions. The Box includes a base of Saffron Rice, fries, or greens with a kebab choice and all the fixings of The Wrap. Guests can build their own meal with The Plate, which includes a Kebab and any two sides or salads.

Kebab flavors include Grilled Saffron Chicken, Grilled Beef Meatballs, Falafel, and others. Saffron Rice, fries, hummus, and a variety of salad options are offered as sides.

The Kebab Shop first opened in San Diego in 2007. The Kebab Shop now has more than two dozen locations in California with several in the works, plus two “coming soon” to Florida, according to the brand’s website.
