“Serving up the best Texas-style iced tea since 2009,” Midland-based beverage chain HTeaO is expanding its Texas footprint — planning to open a new shop at 12211 US-290 in Manor, according to public records.
The project—the construction of a “Construction for a 2,491 s.f., 1-story building for the sale of beverages”—will cost an estimated $1,200,000 and is not anticipated to reach completion until early 2025.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the chain, HTeaO is best known for its fresh-brewed, 100% broadleaf iced tea made with double-pass reverse osmosis water and ice, as well as coffee options.
This location will be run by local franchisee Bethany Beeman.
