What Now Austin was in contact with Eric Kemp, Partner with Lobos Hospitality, to inquire further about the restaurant but unprecedented scheduling conflicts prevented him from providing quotes by time of publication.

Despite this obstacle in obtaining information, readers can be sure of a couple of facts.

First, Kemp will be bringing in impressive leadership experience as the Director of Openings at Beer Park in Las Vegas. Defining his professional experience on his LinkedIn profile, Kemp states “I’m a hospitality professional, with over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with a focus in nightlife and more recently restaurants. I’ve spent the last 8 years overseeing operations of a 20,000 SF high energy sports concept/beer garden on the Las Vegas Boulevard which has been voted the best sports bar in Vegas, and has been tapped as one of the top grossing beer venues in North America.”

Second, readers can reasonably expect an impressive space with attention to detail considering that the public filing lists an estimated $2,000,000 price tag and will cover 3,700 square feet.

With estimates for completion running late into the year, readers may have to wait until the fall or winter months of 2023 for an opening. In any case, What Now Austin will update the story as soon as they are made available.
