A new bagel concept is coming to town.
Set to be built up at 1206 Parkway, Dallas’s Shug’s Bagels will soon join Austin’s thriving food and beverage scene.
“Shug’s Bagels is an authentic and elevated bagel shop. We proudly serve egg sandwiches, bagels-by-the-dozen, bagels with cream cheese, lox sandwiches, chicken cutlet sandwiches, coffee and much more,” the official website states.
Construction records show that the $2 million job will consist of a “renovation to an existing restaurant space to a new restaurant. Updated kitchen, revised seating areas, etc.”
No opening date has been announced.
