“Austin, get ready to raise a glass — Sixty Vines is bringing a taste of wine country to The Domain with its much-anticipated restaurant opening this fall. Known for its eco-friendly wine-on-tap program and vineyard-inspired menu, Sixty Vines will open at 3401 Esperanza Crossing, in the heart of The Domain.

With over 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, the new Sixty Vines will transport guests to wine country with vineyard-inspired shareable bites and entrées, all perfectly paired with 60 wines on tap. The restaurant will seat almost 400 guests and features multiple private event spaces, perfect for hosting celebrations.

“Sixty Vines belongs in Austin, a city that shares our passion for sustainability,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “Austin’s energy makes it an ideal home for our wine-on-tap concept, and we believe guests will embrace our ‘pinkies down’ approach to wine culture.”

Sixty Vines’ wine-on-tap system offers the closest ‘from the barrel’ tasting experience outside the vineyard while providing the most sustainable way to enjoy wine. In its first year, Sixty Vines in Austin is expected to save around 37,000 bottles, corks, and foils from ending up in landfills. By pouring wine from kegs, Sixty Vines is helping the planet — one sip at a time.

Sixty Vines offers pours by the flight, half glass, full glass, or bottle. Guests are encouraged to experience abundance with friends and family in true wine country fashion over custom charcuterie boards and signature menu items like hand-tossed pizzas, creative pastas, and more. Every plate and pour is designed to spark discovery and inspire adventure.”

“This will be Sixty Vines’ first Austin location, further expanding its presence across the country.”
