A recent state project filing has Uncle Nicky’s planned for 2121 South Lamar Blvd. in Austin. The nearly 1,400-square-foot space is expected to undergo some renovations, which could wrap up sometime this fall. There is no official word on when Uncle Nicky’s might open to the public.

The menu features all-day breakfast of Overnight Oats, Coffee Cake, Mini Frittatas, and more. Antipasti, homemade pastas, sandwiches, and salads are also available. A full bar offers signature drinks such as Disco Lemonade, wine, coffee cocktails, and more. Happy Hour features discounts on certain food and drink.

Uncle Nicky’s opened its first location at 4222 Duval St. in Hyde Park in 2019 to bring “the relaxed and approachable all-day dining experience of Northern Italian cafes to Austin, Texas,” per the brand’s website. It continues to serve diners at that location.
