A new independent restaurant, Old Alley Hot Pot, will be built out at 11900 Metric Blvd in North Austin, according to recent public records.
What Now Austin briefly reached owner Lang Bai to inquire about the upcoming restaurant and latest culinary addition to the neighborhood, but he did not provide further detail.
Construction notes outline that the “remodel existing restaurant to be a new restaurant” will happen between September 2024 and April 2025, costing an estimated $200,000
