“We have five locations in Texas,” Development Manager Alex Lam tells What Now Austin. “We’ll open this one probably at the end of 2023, or in early 2024.”

Beyond this information, Mr. Lam did not provide much more. While also sparse in detail, the public records exmained by What Now Austin show that the restaurant will cost around $500,000 to build out and cover around 5,371 square feet of space.

Like many other classic hot pot establishments, readers can reasonably expect a highly social dining experience, cooking one’s own variety of raw meat and vegetables at the table.

Didn’t we have one of these in UT about five years back? Either way I’m happy to see it back!
