Snooze, An Am Eatery, the growing Denver-based breakfast and brunch diner, will soon begin construction in Pflugerville,, according to recent public records. The establishment will be located at 18725 FM 685.
Defining their mission statement on their official website, the brand shares “At Snooze, we want each morning to feel like your weekend and happy hour rolled into one — no matter which side of noon it’s on. We’re the place where you can be you, and where our regulars are anything but.”

Fortunately, public records examined by What Now Austin provide key information — “Tenant finish out of a commercial space for a new restaurant of a 3,850 sf space,” the construction summary states. Construction is slated to begin this fall with an estimated bill of around $1,200,000. The project is expected to reach completion in May of 2025.
