“We’ve got a few other locations around the area,” owner Austin Moon recently told What Now Austin regarding the brand’s expansion north of Austin, in neighboring Cedar Park.

Moon affirms that the upcoming Mojo Coffee locations will be the same as its predecessors, serving up an array of caffeinated beverages (cold brew, energy drinks, frappes, and more), smoothies, pastries, and other drinks such as tea and lemonade.

Construction notes delineate a “tenant finish out of drive through coffee shop – 1750 square feet, small seating area, walk up counter, bathroom, prep kitchen, office, storage, and wash area.”

“Our hope is to be a place that fosters a sense of love for the community–the kind of place that knows your name and remembers to ask how you’re doing,” the official website states.

“For us, coffee is an avenue to people’s lives and hearts and we want to do our best to use our business to show our love and appreciation for the communities that we call home. We appreciate the wonderful support of our customers and we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity to serve our communities with grace, love, and coffee.”

While construction is expected to finish by mid-October, no opening date has been set. Until the Georgetown spot opens its doors, readers can find Mojo all across the Austin metro area, from Burnet to Lampasas to Liberty Hill and more.
