“Southern-inspired” breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant chain Another Broken Egg Cafe is building up a Southpark Meadows location, according to recent public records.
What Now Austin briefly reached franchisee Nathan Straathof to inquire about the development, but he did not provide comment.
In any case, construction documents for the 3,127 square-foot “fully-sprinklered restaurant renovation” will cost an estimated $500,000 and reach completion by November.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the franchise, Another Broken Egg Cafe describes itself as “an upscale breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant that specializes in award-winning, Southern-inspired menu options with innovative twists and signature cocktails.”
No opening date has been set.
