Tso Chinese, the popular Austin-based fast casual Chinese restaurant, is headed to 1824 W Slaughter Ln.
Construction notes state that development will consist of a “tenant finish out to existing shell space, new commercial kitchen” and cost around $500,000 to complete. The project is expected to finish by November 2024.
Known for its quick delivery or takeout options and its unique “no tipping” concept, Tso has staked its position as a quick, modern, yet classic Chinese concept that, with its new outpost, plans to reach a massive range of central Texas towns such as Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Pflugerville and, of course, Austin.
Until the restaurant opens, readers may visit the original location in the Cherrywood neighborhood, at 3909 N Interstate 35.
