According to recent public records, Westlake Country Club will undergo major renovations in 2024.

Corroborating the information, the website states: “Through 2024, we’re undergoing a multi-year, multimillion-dollar renovation—the largest in the history of Invited Clubs. Our reinvention is complete with a new name and logo. Formerly Lost Creek, we’re please to introduce Westlake Country Club.”

“We are thrilled to announce our two-year, multi-phase renovations that will take your experience at Westlake Country Club to a new level. Combining feedback we received from membership, along with the vision of world-renowned architects and engineers, Westlake is receiving an extensive renovation that will touch every area and elevate every amenity. This will be the largest Club reinvention project in the history of Invited Clubs.”

“Renovations at Westlake include:

Golf course upgrades from tee to green, led by the Lanny Wadkins design firm

Modernizing aquatics facilities
Resurfacing all tennis courts and adding new pickleball courts

Upgrading fitness with the latest equipment

Renovating the Clubhouse, patio, and social atmospheres, with rustic modern décor and expanded menus

Newly elevated outdoor dining experience at The Roost

Projecting a February 2025 deadline, the TDLR filing estimates a $3,420,000 price tag on the “Interior alteration/remodel of a 5680sf, 4 story building” which will The include “an exterior deck extension.”
