National bagel chain Einstein Bros is set to soon begin building out an Austin location at 9215 W Parmer Lane, according to recent public records.
The “tenant finish out of a new lease space” is set to begin in January with a projected completion date of June 2024. The project in question will cover 1,371 square feet of space and cost around $300,000 per document estimates.
“Einstein Bros. Bagels is your neighborhood bagel shop,” the official website states. “We’re proud to provide our guests with freshly baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, coffee, catering and so much more. Stop on in. We’ll have a fresh bagel and cup of coffee ready for you.”
