The Austin Starbucks located at 1606 E. Parmer Ln will soon undergo “major” renovations, according to recent public records
Records examined by What Now Austin state that construction will concern “major renovation of an existing starbucks. use and occupancy type to remain the same. work shall include interior partitions, interior finishes, equipment, lighting / ceiling, furniture, hvac and site signage.”
Estimated at around $250,000, the works are expected to be completed within the month of September.
Undoubtedly the world’s most recognizable coffee shop, Starbucks shows no signs of slowing down growth around the world.
