New Tex Mex concept Pepita’s Cafe & Bar is coming to Rollingwood by May, according to recent reportage in Community Impact.
“At Pepita’s Cafe & Bar, we’ve mastered the art of crafting mouthwatering dishes that pay homage to both classic American brunch staples and the rich tapestry of Mexican flavors,” the official website states.
“From fluffy pancakes to hearty tacos bursting with authentic spices, every dish on our menu is a testament to our dedication to quality.”
Owned by self-taught chef and mixologist Nelia Cruz, the establishment will reportedly serve “breakfast and dinner options such as nachos, street tacos, burgers, sandwiches, salads and soups.”
Pepitas is expected to open in May.
