“The Ciola family has been serving authentic Italian American food since 1949 when Dominick Ciola opened their first restaurant, Ciola’s, in Virginia Beach, Virginia,” the official website narrates. “At Tony C’s, third-generation restaurateur, Tony Ciola, features some of his favorite family recipes along with New York Style Pizza prepared in Austin’s original coal fired ovens just like the first pizzerias in America.”

Public records examined by What Now Austin indicate that the $1,500,000 construction project will begin in December and is projected to conclude in early Q2 2024. The total space, which will be a “New ground up building and tenant finish out for fast casual pizzeria and brewery. is estimated to be 5,600 ft 2.

Readers unfamiliar with Tony C’s can expect a classic Italian menu of pizza, pasta, salads and sandwiches, featuring creative offerings such as Bacon Wrapped Figs, Toasted Ravioli, and Zucchini Sticks.

Until the Kyle Tony C’s opens its doors, eager readers can find the brand in Bee Cave and Avery Ranch — along with TC4’s other brands such as Mighty Fine Burgers and The League.
