“It's been so wild just to kind of see the progression of Cedar Park and everything that's been kind of moving up there in that community.”

“There’s so many people from Austin that have transplanted from the Northeast, where bagels have been such a big part of their lives,” co-owner Chris Cunningham said to Community Impact.

“For those individuals that grew up in Austin or grew up in a place where they didn’t have bagels, my favorite part is showing them what a real bagel should taste like.”

Nervous Charlie’s serves up a wildly diverse variety of bagels such as garlic, multigrain everything, sun-dried tomato, jalapeño cheddar, cinnamon raisin and many others. Customers can order breakfast sandwiches (made with the bagels, of course) such as the Pastrami Hash, The Longhorn (eggs, potatoes, hot sauce, cheese, and protein), and The Alexa (tomato, avocado, and cream cheese).

“I love Cedar Park,” Cunningham said. “It’s been so wild just to kind of see the progression of Cedar Park and everything that’s been kind of moving up there in that community.”

If all goes well in the pre-opening process, Ali White & Chris Cunningham’s newest spot will be opening on September 1st, per Community Impact’s reporting.
