The records in question state that the 2,558 square foot project will consist of a “Ground up construction of quick service restaurant with drive-thru and stand-alone canopies.” Construction is anticipated to begin in April 2025 and end in mid-November of next year.

Founded in Hapeville, Georgie by Truett Cathy in 1946, Chick-Fil-A has since become one of the most notable and ubiquitous fast casual restaurants in the United States.
