Sangam Chettinad Indian Cuisine To Open Round Rock Spot

Parmer Lane Indian favorite Sangam Chettinad will soon open a new location in Round Rock, according to recent public records, The restaurant will be found at 2800 E Palm Valley.

What Now Austin briefly reached owner Nalluraj Devaraj, who confirmed the development of the new restaurant.

Public records state that construction will consist of a “First Generation Tenant Finish Out for Restaurant with Dining, Kitchen and Restrooms” spanning 4,620 square feet from May to December 2024. The job will cost around $450,000. 

“Sangam Chettinad Indian Cuisine is the most authentic South Indian cuisine you can find in central Texas. Our mission is to bring the signature dishes of the chettinad cuisine and other south Indian specialty dishes from Tamil Nadu to the people of Texas,” the official website states. 

“We strive to deliver the best quality food by using fresh ingredients from the local farms. Our chef are specialized and trained in Chettinad and other South Indian specialty cuisines. We also offer a wide range of North Indian dishes as well. We have over 200 delicious dishes in our menu.” 

No opening date has been announced
