A new smoothie concept named Daily Blend is on its way to Liberty Hill, according to recent public records. The store will be located at 13470 West Highway 29, within suite 1, near Dahlia Cafe and Starbucks.
What Now Austin reached out to Jordan Melchor, owner of the new eatery, with questions about menu, opening dates, and brand identity, but he was not immediately available for comment.
Fortunately, public records examined by What Now Austin reveal key information.
“Previously a fast food restaurant being remodeled to be used as a smoothie bar for the new tenant,” the filing states, though it is not immediately clear which restaurant is being replaced.
Additionally, the filing states that the eatery will cover 1398 square feet, cost $250,000 to build out, and reach completion by December 2023, according to estimates.
Readers eager for more information can build expectations off of Mr. Melchor’s popular Tex-Mex eatery Texas Taco Kitchen, also located in Liberty Hill off Highway 29, which has enjoyed rave reviews and a devout following in Williamson County.
