What Now Austin recently reached out to John Romanello, Chick-Fil-A’s Principal Program Lead to inquire for more details about the changes and how they will affect traffic flow and customer experience, but he was not immediately available for comment.

Founded in Hapeville, Georgia by Truett Cathy in 1946, Chick-Fil-A has since become one of the most notable and ubiquitous fast casual restaurants in the United States and, incredibly, remains family-run. Chick-fil-A is especially known for its chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, hospitable staff, and being consistently, unequivocally closed on Sundays.
