Winston’s ATX, a mysterious new coffee and pizza concept, will soon come to Lakeway, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be located at 4900 Bee Creek Road, within building 2, suite 201.
“Winston’s will be an all-day eatery and coffee shop in Lakeway, TX, opening this Fall,” says owner Sally Creamer in written correspondence with What Now Austin. “The family-friendly cafe will include a drive-thru and backyard patio for alfresco dining.”
Beyond this, little is known about the development given its early stage. The public records in question describe construction as covering “interior finish-out for pizza cafe including dining area, service kitchen, utility / wash area, and restrooms” which will take up just over 1000 square feet of space.
Ms. Creamer has pledged to stay in touch with What Now Austin to provide updates as they come along. In any case, the establishment seems to be a promising independent venture in a quickly-growing area of central Texas, underpopulated by original food and beverage establishments.
