Documents examined by What Now Austin reveal that construction will “Provide grading, paving, landscaping, utilities and building for a new restaurant with drive-thru service.” The $2 million project is anticipated to finish by the end of 2024.

Founded by CEO Todd Graves in 1996, Raising Cane’s has since become a national force in the fried chicken fast-casual market. The brand stands out in its simple primary offering of boneless chicken tenders which can be ordered along with fries, coleslaw, and thick Texas toast. Customers also have the option to order the chicken tenders between buns as a chicken tender sandwich.

Until the new Sunset Valley location opens its doors, curious foodies can find the brand all over Texas.
