Tikkaa Chophouse, a new independent restaurant, will soon be coming to 19116 Limestone Commercial Drive in Pflugerville, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be owned by Amrit Singh of Casavante House of Jewelry.
According to the records, construction will consist of a “tenant fit out of a portion of an existing building for a new restaurant with site work including a new concrete patio, new sidewalk and ADA curb ramps.” The $275,000 job will take up around 4060 square feet and is expected to finish by August 2024.
Apart from information available through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, very little is known about the project. What Now Austin was not able to reach Mr. Montgomery for comment.
No opening date has been announced.
