What Now Austin briefly reached Area Director Jonas Fangman to inquire about these two developments. Regarding the Cedar Park location, Mr. Fangman stated “It’s probably two years away from opening.”

Regarding the south Austin location, Mr. Fangman then stated that the south Austin location would open much sooner, likely in “early 2024.” While no address was provided, Mr. Fangman stated it would be found in the Sunset Valley neighborhood.

Readers unfamiliar with 54th Street, may refer to their self-definition, as stated on their official website:

“Our restaurants are comfortable and relaxed with a bit of a retro feel. You’ll feel right at home while browsing our amazing range of ‘Scratch Made’ menu items that always keep guests coming back for more. Try our signature Gringo Dip & Chips to start.
